
What's for dinner? Seafood Linguine Alfredo. All I did was buy a 16 oz. package of linguine, a one pound bag of frozen cooked shrimp (tail-off), a one pound bag of frozen raw scallops, and a jar of generic Alfredo sauce. I cooked a half bag of the scallops and thawed a half bag of the shrimp in a pan with a little butter and some minced garlic. I cooked the linguine as per the package. I put the drained linguine and the jar of Alfredo sauce in the pan with the scallops and shrimp. I heated the whole batch until the sauce was hot. Excuse me a minute... I have to go get a second plate full. Mmm Mmm good. #dinner Instagram username: jemathews2
